About us

Founded by nurses who were tired of watching people wait

Treasure Valley Mobile IV started with a simple observation: most of what people came to the ER for on a Sunday morning was fluids, anti-nausea medication, and someone competent paying attention. We built a service that delivers exactly that — at home, on time, with real clinical standards behind it.

Medical director

Dr. Alan Whitfield, MD

Board-certified in Internal Medicine · Practicing in Idaho since 2009

Dr. Whitfield writes and signs the standing orders every nurse works under, approves each protocol before it reaches the menu, and reviews intake forms that get flagged during screening. He is reachable by our nurses throughout service hours.

Peptide therapy and NAD+ protocols require an individual review before a first dose — not a checkbox. If a request isn't clinically appropriate, we say so and refund it. That policy has cost us bookings, and it's the reason we still have our license and our reputation.
