Is mobile IV therapy safe?

Yes, when it's done properly. Every visit is performed by an Idaho-licensed registered nurse working under standing orders from our medical director. We complete a short medical screening before every treatment, monitor you throughout, and use sealed single-use supplies that are opened in front of you.

Who actually administers the treatment?

A registered nurse with hospital or emergency experience — never a technician or assistant. Your nurse's name, photo, and credentials appear in your tracking view before they arrive.

What is your service area?

We serve Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna & Star. Boise and Garden City have no travel fee; other zones carry a modest fee shown before you confirm your booking. If you're outside the valley, contact us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

How far in advance should I book?

Same-day appointments are usually available, especially mid-morning and early evening. For weekend mornings, events, and group bookings we recommend 24 to 72 hours' notice.

Do you treat groups and events?

Accepted Answer

Often. Weddings, corporate offsites, race weekends, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and film sets are a regular part of our week. Groups of four or more get a dedicated coordinator and can be staffed with multiple nurses.

Do you take insurance, HSA, or FSA?

We don't bill insurance directly. Most clients pay by card, and many successfully use HSA or FSA funds — we provide an itemized receipt with your visit. Check with your plan administrator, since eligibility varies.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to two hours before your appointment window. Inside two hours, or if our nurse arrives and can't be let in, a $50 dispatch fee applies. Weather and illness are handled case by case.

What if I'm not a good candidate?

Your nurse may decline or modify a treatment when it isn't medically appropriate — for example, certain cardiac, kidney, or pregnancy considerations. If that happens, you aren't charged for the treatment. We would rather lose the booking than take a risk with you.

Does it hurt, and how long does it take?

Most people describe the IV start as a brief pinch. Standard drips run 30 to 60 minutes; NAD+ infusions run two to three hours because they're deliberately slow. Injections take just a few minutes.
