A house call, run like a clinic
Concierge doesn't mean casual. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you book to the follow-up the next day — across Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna & Star.

Four calm steps, start to finish
From the first tap to the follow-up text, the process is designed to ask as little of you as possible.
- 01
Choose your treatment
Browse the menu, or tell us how you feel and we'll recommend a drip. Add boosters to build your own.
- 02
Pick a time
Same-day appointments are usually available. Choose a window that fits your morning, workday, or evening.
- 03
Track your nurse
Once your nurse is dispatched, follow their live location and ETA right from your phone.
- 04
Relax and recover
Stay on your couch. Your nurse handles setup, monitoring, and cleanup, then checks in the next day.
What actually happens at your door
No mystery, no upselling at the bedside. Every visit follows the same clinical sequence.
- Before your window
Screening and confirmation
You complete a short medical intake when you book — medications, allergies, relevant conditions. Our team reviews it against our standing orders, and we call you if anything needs clarifying before your nurse is dispatched.
- Minute 0
Your nurse arrives
They text on the way and you can follow their live location. They arrive with a sealed kit, an IV pole or hook, and everything else needed — you don't have to prepare anything but a comfortable chair or couch.
- Minutes 1–10
Vitals and consent
Blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and a quick review of your intake in person. Your nurse confirms the plan, explains what's in your drip, answers questions, and takes your consent before starting.
- Minutes 10–15
IV start
A single sterile catheter placement — most people describe a brief pinch. Injections take just a couple of minutes. Peptide protocols include dosing instructions and a teach-back if you're self-administering between visits.
- The infusion
Sit back
Standard drips run 30–60 minutes; NAD+ runs two to three hours on purpose, because slow is what makes it tolerable. Your nurse stays with you the entire time, monitoring flow rate and how you feel. Work, nap, or watch something.
- The last 5 minutes
Cleanup and aftercare
Catheter out, pressure dressing on, everything packed out with us — including sharps. You get written aftercare notes: hydration, what's normal, what isn't, and when to call. We check in the next day.
Watch your nurse arrive in real time
No more waiting by the window wondering if someone is actually coming. The moment your nurse is dispatched, you get a live map, a moving ETA, and a direct line to them — the same clarity you expect from the best delivery apps, applied to healthcare.
- See your nurse's live position and updated ETA
- Meet them first: name, photo, license, and years of experience
- Follow a clear status timeline from confirmed to complete
- Call or text your nurse directly without leaving the screen
