Medical disclaimer
The content on this website is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.
Statements about vitamins, minerals, amino acids, peptides, and other ingredients have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Intravenous vitamin therapy and the wellness injections offered by Treasure Valley Mobile IV are not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. Our service is not emergency care and cannot substitute for it.
Who provides care
All treatments are administered in person by registered nurses licensed in the State of Idaho, working under standing orders written and signed by our medical director, Dr. Alan Whitfield, MD. Nurses do not diagnose conditions or prescribe outside those standing orders.
A brief medical intake and screening is completed before every visit, and vital signs are taken on arrival. We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline treatment whenever it is not medically appropriate, including based on your intake answers, vitals, current medications, pregnancy or nursing status, or presentation at the time of the visit. When we decline treatment for clinical reasons, you are not charged for that treatment.
Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years old. Minors may be treated only with a parent or legal guardian physically present and consenting. Treatment will not be provided to anyone who appears impaired to a degree that prevents informed consent, or in an environment our nurse judges unsafe.
Scheduling, travel fees, and cancellations
Appointment times are arrival windows, not exact arrival times. Traffic, weather, and clinical needs at a prior visit can shift a window; we notify you as soon as we know.
Travel fees are determined by service zone and are shown before you confirm a booking. Cancel or reschedule at no charge up to two hours before your window. Within two hours, or if our nurse arrives and is unable to access the location or begin treatment, a $50 dispatch fee applies.
Memberships bill monthly, may be paused or cancelled with 30 days' written notice, and unused member drips roll over for one month unless otherwise stated in the plan.
Payment and insurance
Payment is due at the time of service. We do not bill health insurance. We provide an itemized receipt on request, which many clients submit to HSA or FSA administrators; eligibility is determined by your plan, not by us. Prices are subject to change, and the price shown at the time you book is the price you pay for that visit.
Privacy and your health information
We collect only the personal and health information needed to deliver care safely: contact details, service address, intake answers, and visit records. Information is stored on encrypted infrastructure, access is limited to the care team and administrators who need it, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
We may contact you about your appointment by phone, text, or email. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or using the link in any email. Message and data rates may apply. You may request a copy of your visit record, or ask us to correct or delete your information, by contacting hello@tvmobileiv.com.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law, Treasure Valley Mobile IV and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
